Connection setup
Connect your stores: permissions and keys for each platform
Before you start managing products, orders and inventory, check which store you are connecting and with which permissions. COZi connects each platform differently. This guide covers what each platform needs, how to check the connection result, and how to keep sensitive details safe when you ask for help.

Before you hand over store access
Store admin access shows more than products. It also covers orders, customers and settlement data. If someone else does the work, first agree on which store they work in, what they do and when you take the access back. If the platform offers staff accounts or limited permissions, use them.
- Check that the store name, address and owner match the store you mean to connect.
- If you only hand over a product move, do not share order, customer or settlement data.
- Each store has its own connection screen, so follow the steps for the platform you chose.
- Keep passwords, secret keys and connection credentials out of chats, emails and screenshots.
Record who has which access, and review it again when the work is done.
How each platform connects
COZi connects each platform in its own way. The table below reflects October 2026. The How to get your key (키 발급 방법) section on the connection screen has step-by-step instructions.
| Platform | Connection method | What to prepare |
|---|---|---|
| Cafe24 | Consent | A Cafe24 admin sign-in. No key is needed. |
| Imweb | App key and consent | The keys of an app you created in Imweb. To manage orders, also approve order access. |
| Smartstore | Key | A Commerce API application ID and secret, plus the API IP address shown on the connection screen |
| Coupang | Key | An Open API key issued in Wing, with your vendor code |
| Toss Shopping | Key | An access key and secret key from the seller admin, plus the COZi fixed IP address |
| Godomall | App key, then Run | Enter the Godomall app key, then press Run in the app service menu of the Godomall admin |
- On the COZi store connection screen, choose Add store (쇼핑몰 추가) and pick the platform.
- Check that the platform matches your real store and that you are allowed to connect it.
- Enter the details from the table above, or continue to the consent screen.
- If a consent screen appears, read the access it asks for before continuing.
- Back in COZi, check the store name and connection status, then import products.
What to check at each connection step
| Check | What you see on screen | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Store identity | Store ID, name and address | Confirm it is the store you mean to connect |
| Connection method | Consent screen or key fields | Follow that platform's steps |
| Source and target | The direction chosen for a copy | Confirm where products are read from and listed to |
| Access scope | Permissions or seller app settings | Confirm it covers what you need, such as products or orders |
| Connection status | Connected, approval needed, disconnected | Fix the problem before starting work |
| Asking for help | Error message or failed connection notice | Contact support without passwords or keys |
Match access to the work
In COZi you do not decide at connection time whether a store is a source or a target; you choose the direction when you copy. Each task needs different access, though. Importing products needs read access, and listing products or handling orders needs write access. If access is missing, the connection card asks you to approve more.
You cannot choose the same store account as both source and target. Connecting does not open every copy direction, so check the chosen combination and required settings on the copy screen. Product copy does not move customer data or past orders.
When a store needs to reconnect
If permissions change, a key expires or the platform refuses access, the connection status changes to approval needed or disconnected. Read the note on the connection card, use Reconnect (다시 연결하기) to approve access again or re-enter the key, then check the status.
Do not keep starting new copies before the connection is fixed. If a job already ran, check its results first. Even after a connection error, some products may already exist in the target store.
Check your account before connecting
Make sure you are signed in to the COZi account you mean to use. If several people work together, decide who connects stores and who reviews results. If you connected several store accounts on one platform, tell them apart by the store name on each connection card.
Ask for help without exposing credentials
When you contact support, include the platform, the step you were on and the message shown on screen. Details that pinpoint the problem help more than a full screenshot of the connection screen.
- Include. The platform, the step, the error message and anything that identifies the job.
- Leave out. Passwords, secret keys, credentials and unrelated customer or order data.
Open COZi and read the connection steps for your stores. If you are unsure what a field is for, read the How to get your key section before entering anything.
Frequently asked questions
Do all stores connect the same way?
No. Cafe24 connects by consent, Smartstore, Coupang and Toss Shopping by keys issued in their seller centers, and Imweb and Godomall by an app key plus an extra step. Follow the connection screen.
Once a store is connected, can I copy to every other store?
No. Support varies by copy direction. For example, Coupang to Coupang and Toss Shopping to Toss Shopping are not available. After connecting, check the available directions and fields on the copy screen and in the preview.
What should I do when the status changes to approval needed?
Read the note on the connection card and use Reconnect to approve access again or re-enter the key. If you ran a copy before that, check its results before starting a new one.
Do I need to send a password or key to get help?
No. Send only the platform, the step and the error message. Enter connection details only on the COZi connection screen, after checking the address.
