What COZi does

The tools for running your stores, together in one console.

Manage products, process orders and operate inventory in one console. Product copying and bulk publishing are part of that everyday workflow.

01 / Catalog

Edit products from every store in one list.

Products imported from your connected stores collect in the console's online products list. Review your edits, then send them to the stores.

Fields you can send vary by store
  • Send to stores

Prices can be sent to Cafe24, Imweb, Smartstore, Coupang, Toss Shopping and Godomall, and product names to Cafe24, Imweb, Smartstore and Godomall. You can also list a product in another store as new.

  • Full-store registration

List every product from one store in another store as new products. Products are reviewed and sent in batches of 50, and you can pause or cancel midway.

  • Bulk edit and Excel

Change prices, names, product details and keywords for selected products at once, or download the list to Excel, edit it and upload. A preview shows the result before it is applied.

  • Change selling status

Stopping and resuming sales works on Cafe24, Imweb, Smartstore, Coupang, Toss Shopping and Godomall. Temporary sold-out is available on Imweb and Godomall, and extending the sale period on Smartstore, Imweb and Godomall.

  • Templates, headers and footers

Save shipping fees, ship-from addresses and discounts as templates and assign them to products. Templates work on Smartstore, Coupang and Godomall, and on new Toss Shopping listings. Text added before or after a product name, or above or below a description, is attached only when sending to a store.

02 / Orders

Handle orders from every store in one list.

Collect orders, link them to SKUs, and combine shipments, enter tracking numbers and handle claims in COZi. Results are sent back to each store.

Available actions vary by store
  • Order collection and SKU links

Collect orders from your connected stores and link them to your SKUs. Linked orders are reflected in stock.

  • Combined shipping, confirmation, tracking

Combine orders to the same address automatically or by hand, and send order confirmations and tracking numbers to the store. Confirmations and tracking numbers sent to a store cannot be undone.

  • Cancellations, returns, exchanges

Approve, reject, collect, reship and cancel as the seller. Godomall claims are handled in the Godomall admin.

  • Late dispatch and delay notices

Orders are marked as late once the business days you set after payment have passed. Delay notices are sent to Smartstore and Toss Shopping; for other stores they are recorded in COZi.

  • Purchase orders and dispatch tools

Create an Excel purchase order for each warehouse and send it by email. Order sheet printing, barcode dispatch checks and dispatch product names are also available.

  • Manual orders

Enter orders from sales channels you haven't connected, one at a time or several at once from Excel.

03 / Inventory

Split sellable stock based on what is on hand.

Manage on-hand, outgoing and sellable quantities for each SKU in COZi. Sellable stock can be split across store accounts.

  • Stock levels and movements

Record stock in, out, adjustments and transfers, and they appear in per-warehouse stock and the movement history. Warehouses and suppliers are managed here too.

  • Stock allocation

Let every account share the same quantity, or split it by ratio per account. Units left over after splitting go to the account listed first. Preview before sending.

  • Safety stock alerts

SKUs that sell out or fall below safety stock collect in the alert menu at the top.

  • Stock in Excel

Download stock for the current filters to Excel, then register SKUs or update quantities in bulk after a preview.

04 / Choose your products

Pick the products to move from your list.

Search your imported product list and narrow it with filters to pick what to copy. Products from all your stores sit in one list, so you don't search each store separately.

  • Search and filters

Narrow the list by product name, store, category, and display or selling status.

  • Product details

Open a product from the list to check its images and options. What can be imported depends on the store.

05 / See before you copy

See what will move before you copy.

The preview shows which products will be copied, which will be skipped and which categories to set first. Problem products can be filtered out before you start.

  • Copy preview

See the products to copy, the ones to skip and the category settings you need. Supported scope depends on the source and target store combination.

  • Settings for the target store

Prepare the target store's categories and required product details, and choose how products are displayed. Not every detail moves unchanged.

06 / Know what needs attention

When a job ends, check each product's result.

Every product keeps a succeeded, failed or skipped result. Read the failure reason and retry only the failed products.

  • Succeeded, failed, skipped

Progress and per-product results stay in the job history. You can view only the failed or skipped products.

  • Retry failed products only

Check the reason, fix the setting and retry the failed products. If the product was already created in the target store, check it yourself.

Some failures need a settings change or a manual check before retrying.

07 / Copy in bulk

Many products, one job.

Where a store combination supports bulk copy, you can copy a whole store's products as one job, and pause and resume while it runs.

Beta, on supported combinations
  • Check before you start

Confirm the products to copy and the ones to skip before starting. Some stores need category links or shared product settings first.

  • Pause and resume

A pause takes effect after the product in progress finishes. Products already created stay when you cancel.

  3. Review task results

Review the results of product updates and publishing, order processing and inventory tasks. For changes sent to a store, also check that store’s own screen.
