Unified catalog

The catalog manages the seller's products as master products, and links the products and options (SKUs) listed in each store beneath them.

Order collection and processing

COZi collects orders from Smartstore, Cafe24, Imweb, Coupang, Godomall and Toss Shopping. What you can process differs by store, and the service explains it on screen.

  COZi links collected orders to its SKUs and reduces stock by the quantity sold.

  Combined shipping

  Set combined shipping rules and COZi groups orders automatically at order collection or shipping instruction. You can also split them or combine all of them.

  COZi sends order confirmations, tracking numbers and remaining stock to the store.

  Claims handling

  Approve, reject, arrange pickup and reship for cancellations, returns and exchanges, where the store allows it. Godomall claims are handled in the Godomall admin.

  The platform supports product name rules for shipping, order sheet printing and barcode shipping checks.

  Set sales amounts with formula rules or manual entry, and see totals in the list, the detail view and Excel.

  COZi judges shipping delays by business days since payment and the store's dispatch deadline. Delay notices go to Smartstore and Toss Shopping, and other stores only get a COZi record.
